Setting up, operating and maintaining finishing spray guns/ pumps and all necessary finishing equipment and tools.
Painting, staining, scuff sanding, surface prep.
Spraying many sealers, stains and topcoats and paints.
Performs color mixtures and color matches to product and production specifications Job duties would require to do some on site painting and touch ups at residential and commercial job sites.
Other duties may be assigned.
Willing to train right person Must be reliable with a good work ethic and willing to work in a team environment 40
hour work weeks.
Paid time off Valid clean driving record required Needs to have basic knowledge of wood characteristics and wood finishing products Need to be people friendly and be able to communicate with clients and represent the company in a respectable manner.
