Responsibilities:
- Cut and prepare meat according to our standards using meat processing equipment.
- Uphold cleanliness in the kitchen and production areas, ensuring a systematic workflow.
- Operate freeze dryers and other specialized machinery safely and efficiently.
- Package finished products, ensuring they meet our stringent quality standards.
- Accurately process customer orders from picking to preparation.
- Oversee shipping tasks, including inventory management and accurate labeling.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Work cohesively with team members to meet and exceed production targets.
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Openness to an entry-level position.
- Ability to commute to Wales, Wisconsin daily.
- Experience in food production is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
Or willingness to learn.
- Physical capability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency, particularly in inventory and order management.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- A collaborative spirit and unwavering work ethic.
